Exchange Policy

1. FAQs

i) Can I return my product for a refund?
No. We do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges in specific cases.

ii) When can I ask for an exchange?
You can request an exchange if:
a) The size you ordered is too small or too large, OR
b) The product has a genuine defect.

iii) How soon should I request an exchange?
Within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at info@therangbazaar.com with your order details (and photos if there’s a defect).

iv) What kind of exchanges do you allow?
Only for the same product in a different size. Exchanges for other products are not available.

v) Are handmade variations considered defects?
No. Small differences in color, finish, or stitching are natural in handmade products and make each piece unique.

vi) Do I have to pay for exchange shipping?
a) In some locations, we can arrange a pick-up and drop-off.
b) In others, you may need to send the product back to us.
c) If shipping costs are above ₹150, you’ll need to cover the extra charge.

vii) Can I exchange a customised or altered piece?
No. Altered or customised products are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Policy

At Rang Bazaar, every piece is handmade with care. We want you to love what you receive, but we understand that sometimes an exchange may be needed.

When can you request an exchange?
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
i) Sizing issues – If the item you ordered is too small or too large.
ii) Manufacturing defect – If the product you received has a genuine defect.

Please note: Because all our products are handmade, slight variations in color, finish, or stitching are natural and not considered defects.

3. Exchange window

i) You must inform us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to us at this email address:  info@therangbazaar.com.
ii) Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
iii) For defect-related exchanges, we may request clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

4. Condition of the item

i) The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
ii) Products that have been customised or altered cannot be exchanged.

5. Shipping & charges

i) In some pincodes, we can arrange a pick-up and drop for exchanges. In others, you may be required to send the item back to us.
ii) If the shipping cost of arranging the exchange is above Rs 150, the additional amount will be borne by you.

6. Important

i) We do not offer returns or refunds — only exchanges as per the above conditions.
ii) Exchanges are available only for a different size of the same product.

We encourage you to check our size chart carefully before placing an order to avoid sizing issues.
