Payment Policy

At The Rang Bazaar, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and secure. That’s why we only use trusted and safe payment methods, powered by Razorpay.

1. Payment Methods Accepted

We currently accept the following online payment options only:

i) Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
ii) Credit Cards
iii) UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
iv) Net Banking (select banks)
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid online at the time of checkout.

2. Secure Transactions

i) All payments are processed through Razorpay’s secure gateway, ensuring encryption and data protection.
ii) The Rang Bazaar does not store your card, UPI, or banking details on its servers.

3. Payment Confirmation

i) Orders are confirmed and processed only after successful payment.
ii) If your payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will not be created.
iii) If the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, Razorpay will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Pricing & Taxes

i) All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
ii) Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless specifically mentioned.
iii) Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Refunds for Failed Transactions

In rare cases where the transaction fails but your account is debited, Razorpay will initiate a refund automatically. The refund usually reflects in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
