Design Your Own Tote — Your Way!

There’s something deeply special about watching creativity unfold — colors mixing, laughter echoing, and hands busy bringing small ideas to life.

Our recent “Design Your Own Tote — Your Way!” workshop was one such afternoon — a cheerful blend of art, conversation, and community. Hosted at Poppins Deli on May 10, 2025, in Bhopal, the café’s cozy corners and soft music created the perfect backdrop for a few slow, joy-filled hours of making.

Participants were invited to design their very own tote bags — experimenting with hand-painting, appliqué, or a mix of both. Some came with sketches in mind, while others let the brush lead the way. The best part? There were no rules. Just play, color, and connection.

Between strokes of paint and sips of coffee, stories were shared — about art, about life, about slowing down. Each tote bag became a reflection of the maker’s mood and imagination, turning into a one-of-a-kind keepsake to carry home.

As always, the Rang Bazaar team provided all materials — and of course, a snack or beverage on the house, because creativity flows best when hearts (and cups) are full.

It was a reminder of what we love most about our workshops — that they’re not just about craft, but about community. About showing up, creating something by hand, and leaving with more than what you came for.
