Shipping Policy

At The Rang Bazaar, we understand how important it is for you to receive your products in excellent condition and on time. To ensure this, we work with India Post and trusted delivery partners across India to deliver your orders safely.

1. Delivery Process

i) Once you place an order, our system starts processing it almost immediately.
ii) Each product goes through a quality check before being carefully packed and handed over to our delivery partners.
iii) After dispatch, your tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS and will also be available in your account on www.therangbazaar.com.
iv) If your address is not serviceable by our delivery partner, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

2. Delivery Timelines

i) Ready Products: Orders for items in stock are generally delivered within 5–7 business days.
ii) Made-to-Order Products: Currently we are not offering any kind of made-to-order products for customers.
iii) Delays: During festivals, adverse weather, or logistic issues, delivery may take longer. We’ll keep you updated in such cases and appreciate your patience.

3. Order Tracking

Yes, you can track your order! Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS. You can also log into your account on www.therangbazaar.com and check your order status under My Orders.

4. Shipping Coverage

i) We currently ship all across India.
ii) At this time, international shipping is not available.

5. Shipping Charges

i) Standard shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.
ii) Promotional free shipping offers will be mentioned on the website wherever applicable.

6. Packaging

We take extra care to pack your products securely so that they reach you without damage. Each item is packed in durable and protective packaging.

7. Address Modification

i) You can change your shipping address before dispatch by contacting our support team.
ii) Once shipped, if you wish to change the address, the order may need to be reshipped with an additional handling fee as applicable at that time.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer online payments only through Razorpay (Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking). COD is not available on The Rang Bazaar.
